Refund policy

I try to ensure that the quality of all VIBEZ.LOVE.LIVE jewellery & crystal and gemstone gifts are of the highest standard.  I take great pride in personally handcrafting my designs into beautiful pieces that will not only look good when worn but also help you to feel good at the same time.  As with all semi-precious gemstones and crystals, there will be slight variations in all the beads used for jewellery products, and in gemstone carvings.  When choosing your jewellery, please take note of the measurements given with the description of each piece.  If you require a different size, please contact me with your request, before placing your order.  There will be an additional charge for alterations on all wrongly sized purchases.

I wish you to always be absolutely delighted with any purchase made through VIBEZ.LOVE.LIVE.  However, I do understand that sometimes you may change your mind, so if for any reason you wish to return an item, I am happy to offer an exchange or refund, according to the following conditions.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact me in the first instance within 7 days of receipt.  Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without prior notification in writing.  Items must be returned unused and in its original presentation box or gift bag, both of which must be in the same condition as you received them.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Items must be returned by a recorded delivery service and insured for their full cost.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Once the item has been inspected and deemed to be in its original condition, a refund or an exchange will be made.  Refunds will be for the original price of the item, less the original cost of delivery, and less the fees charged to me by the payment processing company.  The refund will be made with 14 days using the same method through which you originally paid.  Exchanges will be processed according to what has been agreed to at the time of notification of your wish to exchange your item.

To start a return, you can contact us at vibez.love.live@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A 15% restocking fee may or may not apply in certain circumstances of refunds/returns etc. Refunds will not be applied to shipping or sale items. Circumstances of application may include but are not limited to; returns based on stone colour distribution or volume/size distribution. Natural stone products will have Natural colours variations/natural inclusions/caves/  items from the earth and may appear imperfect. Refunds due to incorrect shipping selection are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please shop on our live sale to select your own items.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and pipes). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Items not eligible for refunds are;

  • sale items 
  • items purchased with a promo code 
  • jewellery
  • items sold as final sale/blow out deals/ bulk deals/ clearance items/ red sticker items/ package deals
  • items marked final sale 
  • gift cards 
  • shipping costs 
  • shipping damage items- we do not accept refunds or returns on items damaged during or after the shipping process. 
  • Due to COVID 19, those crystals that can not be disinfected because they would be damaged by chemicals or because they are very complex to clean like Druzy Geos.

Live sale customers, Please review you photo provided in your invoice/receipt for accuracy as this is considered final sale confirmation by photo. Live sale claims are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable. 

That being said, we want all our crystals to be loved, and our clients happy. Please let us know if there is an issue. If we do accept a return, a restocking fee or return shipping fee may apply.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please be aware that Some Items have store credit only due to COVID 19 health

Cancellations
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.  If your package has not yet been dispatched, you will be refunded via your original payment method, less the fee charged to me by the payment processing company.
