      SHIPPING

      We have three main priorities when it comes to shipping:

      • Getting your crystals to you safely
      • Using Mama Earth friendly packing materials & reducing our Carbon Footprint
      • Saving you money

      All of our shipping materials are either reused, recyclable, or biodegradable, including our bubble wrap.

      Our Toronto studio is open Monday-Saturday 9-5. Free Shipping is offered on orders above $100 pre-tax for Canadian orders and $150 pre-tax for orders in the United States.

      In order to give you a ship $11 FLAT RATE within Canada, we may use CHIT-CHAT App. instate of Canada Post, and times on delivery may variate. Thank you for your understanding.

      ALL Orders are shipped approximately 2-5 business days ( Monday to Friday) after purchase. Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays. Some items may require additional time to pack safely. 2-5 days is an approximation. Orders enter the packing line the day after payment. 

      All orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days. Packages are shipped from within CANADA. Worldwide shipping is always available. If your country is missing, please email us at vibezlovelive@gmail.com to have it added.

      We pack our crystals with the utmost care. As such, we cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken, or delayed/lost/stolen due to the SHIPPING COMPANY.

      International clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken, or delayed/lost/stolen due to customs.
